摘要
通过凯恒中心型钢混凝土柱的施工实例,针对结构的设计特点,着重介绍了型钢混凝土组合工艺的施工方法,以及使型钢、钢筋、混凝土的组合结构三位一体的施工工艺,减少了施工中各工序的相互影响,而采取的特殊梁柱节点构造措施和施工技术,解决了框架柱箍筋的就位及梁受力筋与型钢的连接难点。
In this paper, taking the construction of shaped steel reinforced concrete colmnn in Kaiheng Center as example, the construction method of shaped steel reinforced concrete combination techniques, trinity construction technology of shaped steel, steel bar and concrete are introduced according to structural design characteristics. Furthermore, constructional measures of special beam-column joints and construction technology are adopted to reduce the effect on working procedures. The two difficulties are solved including the perch of beam -column stirrup and the connection between reinforced bar and shaped steel.
