摘要
本文根据甲醇储存过程特点,对甲醇罐区潜在危险性进行了分析,提出设计中应采取的防火间距、储罐型式、耐火等级、电气安全、减少蒸气排放、通风、惰化、阻火器、防止静电与雷击等防火防爆、消防设施等措施以及设计审核时需要重点检查的项目和内容。
According to methanol storage characteristics of the process of methanol tank potentially dangerous for the analysis and design of space to be taken by the fire, tank type, refractory grade, electrical safety, reduce vapor emissions, ventilation, inerting, flame trap to prevent static electricity and lightning, fire and explosion, fire set measures such as design review and the need to focus on examination of the project and content.
