一次法根管充填治疗慢性牙髓炎、根尖周炎的探讨

Study of one-visit root canal therapy on chronic pulpitis and periapical periodontitis

目的:探讨一次完成根管充填治疗慢性牙髓炎、慢性根尖周炎的方法和效果。方法:随机选择77例慢性牙髓炎、慢性根尖周炎患者分为两组,一组患者用镍钛机扩行根管预备,另一组患者以手用不锈钢扩锉针预备根管,一次就诊完成根管充填治疗,对照两组不同方法的治疗效果。结果:两组治疗慢性牙髓炎1年有效率分别是91.7%和92.3%,两组间无显著性差异。结论:镍钛机扩和不锈钢手扩锉预备根管对一次法根管充填治疗慢性牙髓炎、慢性根尖周炎的效果无明显影响。

Objective：To probe into the method and the effects of one-visit root canal therapy on chronic pulpitis and periapical periodontitis. Methods：77 cases with chronic pulpitis and periapical periodontitis were randomized into two groups. In control group, root canal preparation was performed by using of automatic nickel-titanium files. In the contrast group, root canal preparation was done with hand-used stainless steel files. The effects were compared between the two groups. Results：The one-year effective rates in control group and contrast group were 91.7% and 92.3 %, respectively. There was no obvious difference. Conclusion：There is no significant difference between the effects of automatic nickel-titanium files and hand-used stainless steel files in root canal preparation.
