应用网络管理对2型糖尿病患者血糖控制的探讨

Effects analysis on controlling the blood glucose of the patients with diabetes type 2 through network management

目的:建立网络实施有效的健康教育管理,让患者掌握糖尿病知识,以达到血糖控制。方法:对已确诊的2型糖尿病患者85例,为期1年网络教育管理。结果:空腹、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白与管理前比较有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:建立网络教育管理能保证患者实施良好的自我管理,从而达到有效血糖控制。

Objective ： To establish a network to conduct effective health education on the patients with diabetes type 2, so that they can well master the knowledge on diabetes and better control their blood glucose. Methods： 85 cases ofdiabetes type 2 had been receiving health education through network management for 1 year. Results： HbA1c,fasting blood glucose and 2h plasma glucose were significant difference as compared to that before establishing the network management （P〈0. 01）. Conclusion： Conducting health education and management through network system can ensure the patients to maintain good self-management, so as to better control their blood glucose.
