胰岛素泵与诺和笔治疗2型糖尿病的疗效观察与护理

Effect observation and nursing of diabetes type 2 treated with Insulin Pump and Nohe Pen Injection

目的:比较胰岛素泵与诺和笔在糖尿病强化降糖疗效中的差异及护理方法。方法:将2型糖尿病患者随机分成两组,监测两组患者的血糖变化,观察与比较血糖达标所用的时间、低血糖及黎明现象发生率等情况。结果:两组相比,在血糖达标所用天数、低血糖及黎明现象发生率等均有显著差异性(P<0.05)。结论:使用胰岛素泵的降糖效果优于使用诺和笔注射。

Objective：To compare the effect difference of Insulin Pump and Nohe Pen Injection in treating diabetes type 2. Methods：The patients with diabetes type 2 were randomly divided into two groups. The change of blood glucose, time for normalizing the blood glucose level ,hypoglycemia incidence and daybreak incidence were observed. Results： The days for normalizing blood glucose level ,the hypoglycemia incidence and daybreak incidence were significant different among the two groups （P〈0. 05）. Conclusion：For decreasing blood glucose,the Insulin Pump is Superior to that of the Nohe Pen Injection.
