大环内酯类抗生素在围产及新生儿医学中的应用
摘要
大环内酯类抗生素在临床上特别是在围产及新生儿医学中的运用,传统是以抗感染为主,由于安全性的限制,围产期的用药选择性很小,因此,近年来对于安全性高的大环内酯类抗生素在包括感染性疾病在内的很多领域的作用进行了探讨及尝试,获得了许多成果。
