玉米赤霉烯酮对体外培养大鼠肝细胞的影响

EFFECT OF ZEARALENONE ON CULTURED RAT HEPATOCYTE IN VITRO

通过测定大鼠肝细胞培养液中乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、白蛋白及细胞内DNA的含量、探索玉米赤霉烯酮(F-2毒素)对体外培养大鼠肝细胞的损伤作用。结果表明:F-2毒素对肝细胞分泌LDH无影响,但可使白蛋白和DNA合成下降。

Through the determination of the content of LDH,albumin in cultured media and the total content of DNA in cultured hepatocytes,the authors searched the injury of cultured hepatocytes in vitro induced by zearalenone (F-2 toxin). The results showed that F-2 toxin had no effect on the level of LDH ,but decreased the synthetic capability of albumin and DNA in cultured hepatocytes.
