摘要
本文观察了硒(Se)和维生素E(VE)对大鼠心肌去甲肾上腺素(NE)、多巴胺(DA)、5羟色胺(5—HT)含量和单胺氧化酶A(MAO—A)、单胺氧化酶B(MAO—B)活性的影响,发现经低Se、低VE饲料喂养10周,并且处死前经2次冰浴刺激的大鼠心肌NE含量明显增高,MAO—A活性降低,MAO—B活性增加,通过补充饲料中Se和VE,对上述指标有不同程度的改善,并以联合补充Se和VE效果最佳。本研究结果提示Se和VE通过影响心肌单胺类物质含量和MAO活性而参与心肌代谢,从而在改善克山病缺血缺氧性心肌坏死发生过程中起到重要作用。
The paper discussed the effect of selenium and vitamin E on the content of Norepinephrine (NE),Dopamine(DA) , 5-Hydroxytryptamine(5-HT)and activity of monoamine oxidase(MAO) in myocardium of rats fed on diet of selenium and vitamin E deficiency for 10 weeks ,the rats had been swum in ice water 5 minutes for two times before killed. The results show that the content of NE,DA,5-HT were increased, the activity of MAO-A were decreased and the activity of MAO-B were enhanced in the rats myocardium,on the contrary,in rats in the diet of selenium and vitamin E supplement ,the content of NE ,DA ,5-HT and activity of MAO-A ,MAO-B were changed. The results suggested that selenium and vitamin E supplement in the rats fed on grain of low-selenium and low-vitamin E would conduced to improve metabolic disorder of monoamine in myocardium and to research the pathologic mechanism of Keshan disease.
