Officering with network is accepting by people gradually. The tradition method of student ratings of teaching has some disadvantages just as high cost and low efficiency. Its coming can't satisfy our requirement with the network information environment. So we bring the solution called ratings teachings and query system on web, integrating information collecting, result counting and query into a web site, it achieved the officering without paper and saved the cost greatly and advanced the officering efficient and thus it has great value in practicality.
