摘要
目的：观察针剌对便秘大鼠模型排便功能的影响。方法：利用复方地芬诺酯复制便秘大鼠模型，观察针刺“合谷”、“后三里”对大鼠首次排便时间、12h排便粒数和排便重量的影响。结果：模型组大鼠首次排便时间延长、大便粒数和重量显著减少；针刺治疗后，便秘大鼠首次排便时间显著缩短，12h大便重量和粒数明显增加。结论：针剌能够显著改善便秘大鼠的排便功能。
Objective： To investigate the effects of acupuncture on constipation in rats. Method： Compound diphenoxylate was used to set up rat model of constipation. After needling “Hegu” and “Housanli”, the time to first bowel movement, and stool grains quantity and weight in 12 rats were observed. Results： The time to first bowel movement was delayed, and the stool grains quantity and weight were reduced in the model rats. Acupuncture could significantly shorten the time to first bowel movement, and increase stool grains quantity and weight. Conclusion： Acuouncture can imorove the defecating abilities in rats model ofconstioation.
