Monte Carlo to Determine the Temperature Distribution Inside Biolgical Tissue

摘要 根据生物组织热传递理论,建立了由生物组织体表温度分布推算体内温度分布的概率模型,采用基于蒙特卡罗思想的算法快速求解生物热传导方程,确定激光辐射下生物组织体内温度场分布的情况,分析了激光功率密度、组织体内血液灌注率以及空气对流系数等因素对体内温度场的影响,研究结果具有重要的临床应用价值。 Based on the thermal tmasfer theory of biological tissue, a probability model is presented, which can retrieve the temperature distribution inside tissue from surface temperature. Monte Carlo method is used to solve quickly the bioheat transfer equaiton under laser irradiation. Futbermore,The influences of laser power density,blood perfusion rate and air convective coefficient on the temperature field are studied. The resutls are useful for the clinical applications.
