介绍了18Cr2Ni4WA钢渗碳时的碳势控制、渗碳后的高温回火和淬火工艺。该钢渗碳后于670℃回火两次是消除渗碳层中残余奥氏体的最有效方法。渗碳采用不同温度淬火可满足18Cr2Ni4WA钢零件不同的心部硬度要求。
With respect to 18Cr2Ni4WA steel, carbon potential control during carburizing as well as high tempering and quenching processes after carburizing have been introduced. Two separate tempering treatments at 670 ℃ is the most effective way to eliminate residual austenite in the carburized layer of steel. The quenching from different temperatures after carburizing can meet the requirements for different core hardnesses of the 18Cr2Ni4WA steel parts.
