肝外胆管癌27例的超声诊断

The Value of Ultrasound Diagnosis of the Carcinoma of Extrahepatic Bile Duct

目的评价超声对肝外胆管癌的诊断价值。方法对27例经手术病理证实的胆管癌进行超声分析。结果超声对胆管癌定性准确率达81%,敏感率为92%,定位诊断准确率:上段84.6%,中段100%,下段62.5%。结论超声对胆管癌定性、定位准确率均较高,是诊断胆管癌的首选方法。

Objective To study the value of ultrasound diagnosis of the carcinoma of extrahepatic bile duct.Methods The sonographic images obtained from 27 cases with pathologically proved extrahepatic bile duct carcinoma were retrospectively analyzed. Results The correct rates of definitive diagnosis, sensitivity with ultrasound were 81%, 92%, and localization with ultrasound were 84.6% （at hilar sites） ; 100% （at middle sites） ;62.5%（at dist ant sites） .Conclusion holangiocarcinoma can be earlier detected with sonography. Sonography is an effective technique in diagnosing extrahepatic bile duct carcinomas.
