46例糖尿病肾病相关因素及治疗的临床分析

Clinical Analysis on Relative Factors and Treatment of Diabetic Nephropathy

目的探讨糖尿病肾病发病的相关因素及其诊治。方法应用胰岛素等治疗糖尿病肾病46例,并分析糖尿病病程、血糖与糖尿病肾病的关系及VAER、血和尿β2M的诊断价值。结果14例好转,无好转或病情加重21例,死亡10例。结论糖尿病肾病的发病率与糖尿病病程及空腹血糖值高低密切相关,VAER、血和尿β2M对于糖尿病肾病的早期诊断有重要价值。糖尿病肾病的治疗除严格控制血糖,控制高血压外,尚无特效方法。

Objective To discuss the relative factors, diagnosis and treatment of diabetic nephropathy. Methods 46 cases of such patient were analyzed and disease duration, relation ship between blood glucose with nephropathy, VAER and B2M value in urine and blood were observed. Results There 14 cases recovered, 21 cases worse and 10 cases dead. Conclusion The incidence of diabetic nephropathy might be related with diabetic duration and blood glucose value. The VAER and B2M might be worthy to obtain the early diagnosis. The good control of blood glucose and pressure might be ideal method until now.
