The Mechanism and Countermeasure of Tractor's Oil Leakage

通过对拖拉机漏油部位的微观分析、振动特性分析、静温特性分析、功能状态分析,认为油膜的厚度(缝隙的大小)和缝隙内外压力差是拖拉机漏油的主要原因。并提出了控制供油压力,缩小结合面间隙,提高管接头质量,及时排除漏油故障,采用自补偿密封措施,黏结剂补漏,控制油温,减少振动,合理选择油料,采用新的密封材料等多项切实可行的对策。

We analyzed the common oil leakage of tractor by microcosm＇s analysis, vibrancy＇s analysis. function and estate＇s analysis, and found that the oil leakage of tractor is mainly resulted by oil film over thick and the great difference of compressive stress inside and outside. Also, we presented some effective corresponding method, such as control the compressive stress of oil supply.reduce interface＇s clearance.improve canal＇s quality.obviate oil leakage malfunction immediately.pressurize automatically .boon repair.control oil temperature.reduce vibratlon.select oil correctly .use new pressurized material, and so on.
