摘要
对于短路过渡弧焊电源的控制,提出了一种基于功率控制的控制电路。该电路由功率计算电路和信号控制电路组成。利用能量阶段控制的方式,解决了焊接周期中燃弧阶段能量分配不均的问题,从而防止顶丝和大范围回烧现象发生。试验结果表明,该控制电路工作稳定、噪声低、弧焊电源具有良好的工艺性能。
Aiming at the control of arcing stage of short trolled was designed. By adopting energy-stage method , the circuit transfer, a circuit based on watt-concircuit is made up of watt-calculating and signal-controlling unit. The problem of the imbalance energy between arcing stages was solved , and the experimental result indicates that the welding source has perfect welding performance was introduced also.
