我国当前人民群众看病贵的主要原因是医疗费用结算制度不合理。我国人口数量众多,解决人民群众的看病贵问题,除了增加对医疗卫生事业的投入,扩大医疗保险的覆盖面之外,我国医疗制度改革必须改变过去的医疗费用结算制度,使医疗机构成为医疗费用控制的主体,提高医疗资源的使用效率。

The main reason of more and more expensive medical expenditure in our country is the irrational settlement regulation in medical service. Our country＇s population is very big, to solve the problem of expensive medical service, besides to increase amount of investment, enlarge medical insurance＇s cover, at the limited of resource, it is necessary to reform the settlement regulation in our country, and make medical institution become principal part of controlling medical cost, improving the efficiency of medical resource.
