摘要
为了解决因消除偏差而频繁修改施工网络计划的问题,实现工程项目施工多方案的编制及动态进度控制,采用多方案施工网络计划,从而加快施工网络计划的调整速度,保证工程的如期完工。该方法的实质是将施工经验与网络技术相结合,对可能影响工期的工程,做出尽可能多的施工方案和计划,在施工方案的编制阶段为以后的方案调整、动态监控和调整偏差提供了行之有效的技术准备,为动态施工网络计划应用在土建工程中,确保进度、工期目标的实现提供新的手段与方法。
In order to solve the problem resulting from revising the construction net work because of eliminating the errors and realize the proposed multiple construction plans and active controlling construction rate, we can use the net work program on multiple construction plans, which could speed up the adjustment on construction net work program and accomplish the planning alternatives and active controlling of project. The method's nature is to combine the construction experience with the net work program and in the priority of construction starting and make the alternatives that are possible to influence the finish time, providing a flexible technical preparation for adjusting errors actively later, which will supply a new measurement and insure both the rate of production and timing target accomplishment.
