摘要
利用假设与简化,建立了粉尘爆炸率与滚筒设计参数间关系的数学模型,以国产某型滚筒式采煤机为例,模拟得到了粉尘爆炸率与截线间距、每线齿数、叶片头数、截齿最大切屑厚度之间的关系曲线,通过分析,确定了上述采煤机截齿排列各参数对粉尘爆炸率的影响,为改进机器设计、合理确定采煤机的截齿排列参数、为减小采煤机的截割粉尘、降低粉尘爆炸率、提高煤炭生产的安全性提供理论依据。
A mathematical model of relation between dust explosion rate in a coal face and design parameters ot shearer drum is set up by sopposing and simplifying in the paper.Taking a drum shearer made in China as an example,relative curves of spacing of a cut line, 'amount of pick each cut line, number of spiral vane,maximum cutting thickness of pick are simulated and gotten. Effects of each structure parameter of a shearer on dust explosion rate are determined by analyzing, which provides a theoretic basis for improving the machine design, determing correctly pick arrangement parameters,reducing cutting dust of a shearer, lowering duct explosion rate and increasing safety of coal production.
