摘要 制备了平均粒度为60μm的Fe-Ni-Cu-C合金粗粉注射成形喂料,研究了剪切速率、温度、粉末和粘结剂比例对喂料流变行为的影响,应用毛细管粘度计测量了三种喂料在不同温度下的粘度值,比较了三种不同成分喂料的应变敏感性因子的大小。结果表明:粉末装载量为59%、粘结剂成分为65%PW+30%LDPE+5%SA的喂料应变敏感性因子较小,较适合Fe-Ni-Cu-C合金粗粉的注射成形。 Injection molding feed of Fe-Ni-Cu-C alloy coarse powder with particle size of 60um was prepared, effect of rate of shear, temperature and proportion of powder and binder to rheological behavior of feed was studied, viscosity number of three kinds of feed in different temperature was measured by capillary viscosimeter, strain sensitivity factor three kinds of feed with different component were compared. Results indicate that strain sensitivity factor of the feed, whose powder load is 59 % and binder's component is 65 %PW+30 %LDPE+5 %SA is less, This kind of feed is right for Fe-Ni-Cu-C alloy coarse powder injection molding.
