摘要
通过有限单元法建立了整个输送机系统纵向振动的动力学模型,用仿真软件的神经网络工具箱编程建立了驱动系统仿真模块。对建立的输送机系统的动力学模型建立开环控制仿真模型,通过合理的设置仿真参数,对带式输送机的起动过程进行仿真,精确计算出输送机系统任意点在起动过程中任意时刻的所有动态参数,以控制输送机起动过程的稳定性和设计的经济性。
This paper establishes dynamic model of the longitudinal vibration of the overall belt conveyor system with finite elemental method and simulation module of driving system in neural networks. The paper also establish simulation model with open loop of established dynamic model of conveyor system with Simulink software, and simulates the process of starting by properly setting simulation parameters, so that all dynamic parameters of conveyor at random time during starting are computed, thus steady starting and economical running are controled.
