摘要
应用不同浓度的TPK(三十烷基磷酸酯钾)溶液在水分胁迫条件下处理苜蓿(Medlicago Sa-tiva L.)幼苗,目的是探讨TPK对苜蓿幼苗的抗旱性生理效应的影响。结果表明,与对照组相比较,三种不同浓度(0.1mg.L-1、0.01mg.L-1、0.001mg.L-1)的TPK对植株的生理指标及形态特征有明显的调节作用,均能不同程度地提高苜蓿的抗旱性。主要表现在脯氨酸含量、SOD活性、POD活性等生理指标以及株高、鲜重等形态指标的提高。其中以0.01mg.L-1的TPK溶液浓度的效果最佳。
We used the Potassium Hydrogen 1 -Triacontyl Phosphate (TPK) solutions with different concentrations to treat the Alfalfa seedlings under water stress, in order to discuss the effect of TPK on drought resistance of Alfalfa seedlings. The result showd that, compared with control group, the three TPK solutions with different concentrations (0.1 mg·L^-1, 0.01 mg·L^-1 and 0.001mg·L^-1) had obvious regulatory function for physiological indexes and morphological features of plants,and they all could improve the drought resistance of Alfalfa by certain degree. The main manifestations were the improvement of physiological indexes such as Proline content, SOD activity and POD activity, and the improvement of morphological Index such as plant height and fresh weight.The TPK solution with the concentration of 0.01mg·L^-1 obtains the best effect.
