糖尿病合并冠心病患者冠状动脉病变的特征与护理干预

The Lesion Feature of Coronary Artery and Nursing of Oronary Heart Disease with Diabetes Mellitus

目的探讨护理干预在糖尿病合并冠心病患者经皮冠脉介入治疗中的重要性。方法选择90例糖尿病合并冠心病和90例非糖尿病冠心病患者作为观察组和对照组，进行血清总胆固醇、甘油三酯、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇、体重指数和血压的测量，并行经皮冠脉介入诊疗术。对糖尿病合并冠心病患者采取针对性的术前、术中和术后护理干预。结果观察组患者血清总胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇水平明显高于对照组（P〈0．05）；观察组患者高血压、体重指数明显高于对照组；观察组患者冠状动脉3支病变和弥漫性病变发生率明显高于对照组（P〈0．01）；支架植入成功率96％。结论加强经皮冠脉介入治疗术前、术中、术后的护理干预，对患者的疗效有积极意义。

Objective To study the importance of nursing in percutanous coronary intervension （PCI） about coronary heart disease （CHD） with diabetes mellitus （DM） . Methods 90 eases CHD with DM and 90 eases CHD without DM were selected as observational group and control group. A series parameters were measured and compared between the two groups. Including serum total cholesterol （TC） , Triglyeerides （TG） , High density lipoprotein cholesterol （ HDL - C ） , Low density lipoprotein cholesterol （ LDL - C ）, Body mass indes （BMI） , Blood pressure （BP） and Pereutaneous coronary interventions. Special nursing measures were done in pre, post and during operation for observational group patients. Results The TC, LDL - C, BP , BMI in obser vational group was significantly higher than that of control group. The three branches lesions and diffused lesions were significantly higher too than that of control group. The successful rate of stents implantation was 96% ~ Conclusion Intensifiing the pro. post. and during operational nursing to PCI patients have great significances for the therapeutical efficacy.
