鼻内镜联合支撑喉镜下声带息肉的微创治疗

Resection of Vocal Cord Polyp Through Micro-Stryker Instruments Combined with Nasal Endoscope and Self-retaining Laryngoscope

目的:评价鼻内镜联合支撑喉镜下微型电动切削器切除声带息肉的微创治疗疗效。方法:对46例声带息肉病人采用鼻内镜联合支撑喉镜,以电动切削器在电视监视器下手术切除。结果:随防3个月,治愈44例(95.6%);好转1例(2.2%);无效1例(2.2%)。结论:鼻内镜联合支撑喉镜下电动切削器切除声带息肉,操作简单、快捷、安全、高效、微创,值得临床推广。

Objective：To evaluate the application of Micro-Stryker Instruments combined with nasal endoscope and self-retaining laryngoscope for the resection of vocal cord. Methods：Vocal cord polypectomy through Micro-Stryker Instruments combined with nasal endoscope and self-retaining laryngoscope was performed on 107 patients. Results： All patients were followed up for three months. Of them, 96.5% were completely cured, 2.2% partial improved, and only 2.2% showed no effect. Conclusion： Micro-Stryker Instruments combined with nasal endoscope and self-retaining laryngoscope is a valuable approach for the resection of vocal cord polyp, which is safe, simple and easy to manipulate,and therefore suitable for broad clinical application.
