摘要
地方性高等学校承担着为地方培养人才、科技创新、社会服务的职能。但由于改革开放和市场经济的影响,一部分教师不安心本职工作,存在着流动和流失的现象,特别是"隐性流失"的现象,给地方性高校师资工作造成困难,影响教育事业的发展,本文从多方面论述造成地方性高校教师"隐性流失"的原因并探讨解决地方性高校教师"隐性流失"的办法。
Local college and university bear the function of training talent, scientific innovation and serving society. But as the reform deepening, effected by market economy, some teachers didn't keep their minds on their work. There is phenomenom of "recessive drain", it interfered the development of education. In this article, the author explained the reasons of "recessive drain" and putfor ward some measures.
