摘要
用SDS-PAGE对弓形虫抗原进行分析,结果显示,组分蛋白带有4条,分子量分别为24kD、32kD、43kD、66kD。经用光密度仪扫描分析,得出各组分蛋白带的峰型及区带面积。用酶联免疫印迹技术分析弓形虫抗原组分,弓形虫感染宿主的血清能与抗原组分蛋白起反应,其中32kD和24kD分子量组分蛋白带显色最深。提示这2种抗原组分是弓形虫IgG抗体识别的主要组分蛋白。
