摘要
文章阐述了切实加强高校领导干部作风建设的重要性和紧迫性,并针对目前在高校领导干部作风中存在的主要问题,结合高校实际,提出了加强高校领导干部思想教育、发挥制度在预防腐败中的积极作用、加强对高校领导干部的监督检查、切实发挥选人用人的"导向作用"的具体措施。
The essay expounds the importance and urgency of strengthening earnestly the construction of work style of university leading cadres, and then in view of the main problems of work style currently existing among university leading cadres, coupled with university realities, it presents some concrete measures on strengthening ideological education of university leading cadres, on making good use of systems to prevent corruptions, on enhancing inspection and supervision of these leading cadres, and on giving play to ＂the leading function＂ in choosing and using cadres.
