我国证券公司的盈利模式及其重构研究

On Profit Pattern of China's Security Companies and Reconstruction

我国证券公司集中单一而且高度趋同的盈利模式已经越来越不适应其经营环境变化的需要,这就迫切要求盈利模式的重构。文章在分析我国证券公司盈利模式现状及面临挑战的基础上,认为构建新型的盈利模式应主要着力于在调整三大传统业务的同时,积极开展多元化经营,并重视核心业务的发展,以此来提高证券公司的综合实力和国际竞争力,从而实现我国证券公司的健康、持续、高效地发展。

The centralized, single and similar profit pattern of China＇s security companies has been increasingly unable to fit the change of running environment. So it requires the reconstruction of the profit pattern imminently. Based on analysis on status of the profit pattern and challenges, we believe the effective way should be： while principally adjusting the three traditional business, actively develop multi-way management and attach importance to cultivate the core business. In that way, it is possible to improve the integrated strength and world competition power of security companies and finally realize the healthy, continuous and effective development of the security companies in China.
