摘要
教师的职业倦怠如果得不到缓解,不仅会对教师的身心造成巨大的伤害,也会对学生和社会产生消极影响。教师的职业倦怠现象主要是由于教师自我角色定位不当、个体心理失调及性格局限造成的。建立合理的职业期望、培养自己较强的心理承受能力、合理安排工作和生活内容是解决这一问题的根本出路。
If teacher's weariness cannot be relaxed, it will not only cause enormous physical and psychological harm, but also have a negative impact on students and the community. The weariness of teacher is caused by misconduct the teaching roles, and individual psychological disorders and personality limitations. To establish reasonable career aspirations and develop strong psychological capacity, reasonable arrangements for their work life is the fundamental way to solve this problem.
