In order to improve the circumstances and develop the market for Journal of Resource, Environment & Engineering, we take the Journal, by means of marketing, as the leading figure and an economic entity, organize and optimize the resources from the restricted publications in the industry, and make a common effort with our collaborators in recruiting contributors, attracting readers'attention, exploring advertisement market and providing finance support.
