摘要
企业CEO绩效的评估问题,具有指标量大同时又具有模糊性特点。针对目前我国企业CEO绩效评估中存在的不足,设计了企业CEO绩效评估的系统指标体系,应用模糊数学中的综合判断法,对企业CEO绩效进行定量和综合的判断,并作了简要的结果分析。
The performance appraisal of enterprise CEO is characterized by many indexes and their fuzziness. This study focuses the problems on the performance appraisal of enterprise CEO, designs the systematic index system for the performance of enterprise CEO when appraised, and uses the comprehensive judgment method in fuzzy mathematics to make a quantitative and synthetic judgment of the performance of enterprise CEO.
