Study on the Civil Security Compensating Ability

提高我国证券民事赔偿能力,必须建立上市公司、会计师事务所和证券公司三位一体的证券民事赔偿基金体系,民事赔偿基金的12种筹资渠道,通过阐释证券民事赔偿能力的概念、类型,设计证券民事赔偿基金体系的民事赔偿能力增强模型和回归分析模型。

To enhance the civil security compensating ability, it is necessary to establish a civil compensation fund system which involves listed companies, account offices and security companies. This study proposes 12 fund raising channels, elaborates the concept and category of civil security compensating ability. The enhancement model and regression model of civil compensation are established for civil security compensation fund system.
