摘要
将自行制备的单克隆抗体(单抗)SMU2、SMU7通过136例淋巴细胞白血病和132例非淋巴细胞白血病进行免疫表型分析,表明它们主要在AML、CML、T-ALLⅢ和T-CLL中表达,在其它白血病中基本不表达,并且在非淋巴细胞白血病中的表达阳性率高于CD33等粒单单抗。初步表明,SMU2、SMU7属非系限性单抗,联合应用淋巴系、粒单系单抗,有助于提高白血病类型、分化阶段判定的准确率。
The expression of monoclonal antibodies SMU 2 and SMU 7 was studied on 136 cases of lymphocytic leukemia and 132 cases of non lymphocytic leukemia with immunophenotyping analysis.SMU 2 and SMU 7 mainly reacted with surface antigens on acute and chronic myeloid leukemia and mature T lymphocytic leukemia T ALL Ⅲ and T CLL,and failed to reacted with B ALL and B CLL.The reactive distribution of SMU 2 and SMU 7 compared well with CD 33 and some other monoclonal antibodies against granulocytemonocyte cells.Further,SMU 2 and SMU 7 showed higher positive rate on AML than that of CD 33 and other MCAbs of myeloid lineage.SMU 2 and SMU 7 are useful reagents for the diagnosis and classification on leukemias especially the un classified leukemias.
