小儿心室晚电位的研究

RESEARCH OF VENTRICULAR LATE POTENTIAL IN CHILDHOOD

测定３００例３～１２岁正常儿童心室晚电位（ＶＬＰ）。正常值：（１ａ）Ｔ－ＱＲＳ：３岁～组＜８７．３０ｍｓ，５岁～组＜９３．７６ｍｓ，７岁～组＜９８．１５ｍｓ，９岁～组＜１０２．７４ｍｓ，１１～１２岁组＜１０６．００ｍｓ；（１ｂ）Ｔ－ＱＲＳ与ＳＴＤ－ＱＲＳ时间差：７岁以下组＜８ｍｓ，７～１２岁组＜９ｍｓ。（２）Ｔ－ＱＲＳ中Ｄ４０：３岁～组＜３０ｍｓ，５～１２岁组＜３５ｍｓ；（３）Ｔ－ＱＲＳ中Ｖ４０＞２５μＶ。上述（１ａ）或（１ｂ）、（２）、（３）三项中任何二项异常为ＶＬＰ阳性。心肌炎并早搏３２例，ＶＬＰ阳性４例，均有短阵室速，阳性率１２．５％。单纯心肌炎５８例，ＶＬＰ阳性２例，阳性率３．５％。单纯早搏３０例，无１例阳性。

The normal value of VLP by measurement of 300 normal children from 3 12 years old was as follow.(1a):3 years￣<87.30ms,5 years￣<93.76ms,7 years￣<98.15ms,9 years<102.74ms,11￣12 years<106.00ms.(1b):The results of T QRS STDQRS,3 years￣<8ms,7￣12 years<9ms.(2)D 40 in T QRS,3 years￣<30ms,5￣12 years<35ms.(3)V 40 in T QRS>25μV.Any 2 item of 1a or 1b,2,3 were abnormal,VLP was considered as positive.Four cases in 32 cases of patients with myocarditis and premature beat were VLP positive.They all complicated ventricular tachycardia.Thirty cases with benign premature beat all were negative in VLP.No one has got ventricular tachycardia.
