摘要
设计合成了11种未见文献报道的新型噻吩硫羰基腙衍生物,经元素分析、红外光谱测定,其组成和结构得到证实。抑菌活性结果表明,部分化合物对9种受试菌种具有较强的抑菌活性,设计合成的中间体噻吩硫酰肼(M)对多数受试菌种有较强的抑菌作用,表明噻吩环与NCS结构结合对此类化合物的抑菌活性有重要意义。
A series of thiophene 2 thiocarbonylhydrazones and their metal complexes were synthesized and tested for their antibacterial activity.Structures and compositions of them were elucidated on the basis of the data of elemental analysis and IR spectra.The bacteriostatic results show that most of the compounds possess certain antibacterial activities against the bacteria tested.
