摘要
研究了用旋转圆筒作阴极,二步电解法回收废电子元器件中的银。第一步将镀件作为阳极,电解法制得粗银。第二步将粗银作为阳极,放入含100 g/L AgNO3、8 g/L HNO3、40 g/L Cu^2+、90 g/L KNO3组成的混合电解液中。控制槽电压0.8 V、电流密度200~500 A/m^2和46℃的电解温度时,可获得纯度为99.8%的金属银。
The recovery of silver from waste electronic parts by two - step electrolysis method with rotary cylinder as cathode is discussed. Firstly, the impure sliver is obtained from the waste electronic primary parts by electrolysis method using the plating parts as anode. Secondly, silver with 99.8% purity can be obtained using the impure sliver as anode in mixed electrolyte comprising 100 g/L AgNO3 ,8 g/L HNO3 40 g/L Cu^2+ and 90 g/L KNO3 ,with voltage at 0.8 V, current density at 200 - 500 A/m^2 and electrolyte temperature at 46 ℃.
