碱石灰及其组成成分清除呼吸回路中氮氧化物效应的研究 被引量:1

摘要 对呼吸回路中碱石灰清除氮氧化物的量效、时效关系和有效成分进行观察分析,以保证吸入气体中二氧化氮(NO2)浓度可控制在所需要的水平。方法模拟呼吸回路下,将吸入混合气体中一氧化氮(NO)浓度调至80mg/L后,在试验物两端持续采样测定NO和NO2浓度。在碱石灰罐中分别装入不同重量细粒碱石灰,以及甲基橙和氢氧化钾、氢氧化钠、氢氧化钙。分别观察碱石灰清除NO和NO2的量效关系;比较两种碱石灰效能,以及甲基橙、氢氧化钾、氢氧化钠、氢氧化钙各自对碱石灰清除NO和NO2能力的影响。结果两种碱石灰对NO和NO2均有一定的清除能力,随着碱石灰量的减少,其清除NO和NO2的能力逐渐减弱。单纯氢氧化钾和氢氧化钠无清除NO和NO2能力,甲基橙和氢氧化钙清除氮氧化物的能力均较弱。甲基橙与碱石灰混合后,并不能增加碱石灰对NO2的清除能力,但其对NO的清除减少5%。结论碱石灰对NO和NO2均有一定的清除能力,并有一定的量效和时效关系。呼吸回路中加入一定量的碱石灰后。 Objectives To investigated the efficacy of soda lime and its components in absorbing NO 2 and NO.Methods VIP BIRD ventilator was connected with Siemens test lung.While the concentration of inhaled NO was80 mg/L,the inspired gas passed through soda lime or its component.NO and NO 2 were measured before and after testing materials in the circuit.Test 1,the soda lime canister sequentially was filled with smaller particle soda lime 500,250,125,62.5,39,20,10and0g,to determine weight efficacy relationship of the soda lime.Test 2,the canister sequentially was filled with bigger particle soda lime 500,62.5,30,20 and 10g,for comparing effective absorption of NO and NO 2 between the two types of soda lime Test3,1.0gmethyl orange was added to smaller particle soda lime10g and 20g respectively to observe its effect on eliminating NO and NO 2 .Test4,silica gel tube was filled with smaller particle soda lime10g,KOH10g,NaOH10g,Ca(OH) 2 2.5g,and methly orange0.5g respectively for osberving their ability of eliminating NO and NO 2.Results The two types soda lime had the ability to eliminating NO and NO 2 from inspired gas with a positive relationship with its weight.Both KOH and NaOH did not eliminate NO and NO 2 Ca(OH) 2 and methyl orange
