Experience on Application of Asbestos in Conveyer Design of Float Glass Annealing Furnace

目前镍铬等稀有金属价格的大幅涨价,使得企业生产成本上升。通过十几年的设计经验和国内数十条浮法玻璃退火窑输送辊道的使用情况,总结出在温度低于520℃区域都可使用石棉辊,不仅降低成本,还具有一系列优点。

As the price of rare metal, nickel and chrome , increases significantly the expense of nichrome conveyer rises which will bring economical pressure to glass enterprises . Accordingly the author introduced an economical way , replacing nichrome by asbestos, based on over ten years experience on design and practical application on domestic decades float glass lines . It is pointed out that the asbestos roller can all be used under the temperature of 520℃.
