摘要
人们还没有完全认识到利用热边界层进行减阻的重要意义。随着管道热边界层减阻技术的广泛应用,对于节约能源、降低投资、减少劳动强度、提高作业效率具有十分重要的意义。考虑到选择要素(如可靠性、经济性)指标具有不相容性和模糊性等特点,加之又没有相应的评价指标,为保证选用的科学性,采用综合评判法对其进行评判。从评判模型实例得出:管道电加热热边界层减阻的运行费用只有蒸汽加热的1/25—1/29,具有非常高的经济效益。电热带法能适应各种连接复杂的管道,对于输送距离较短的油库高粘性液体较佳。
People are not completely aware of the importance in making use of the temperature boundary layer to reduce the resistance of the pipeline. As a widely applicable redusing friction resistance technique for the temperature boundary layer in pipeline, it is required to choose correct heating methods in the engineering design of high viscous oil in pipeline. It is possessed very important meaning in saving energy sources, decreasing the intensity of labor, reducing investment and raising working efficiency. Closely key element(as reliability, economy)targets of non compatibility and fusibility, etc. are taken into account. As there is no appropriate judgment target, for the sake of guaranteeing scientificalness, the synthetic judgment method is put forward in this paper. Examples have been demonstrated: The working expenses of piping electricity heat to reduce the resistance only contain vapor heating of 1/25 - 1/29. Hence, it is of very high economic benefits. The electricity heat band method can be a- dapted to the pipeline of every kind of complicated conjunction, and it is better in shorter distance pipeline with the high viscous liquid in oil depot.
