环氧化酶-2和survivin在胃癌组织中的表达及其意义 被引量:2

摘要 目的:检测环氧化酶-2(cyclooxygenase-2,COX-2)及抑制凋亡基因家族成员survivin在胃癌组织中的表达,并探讨其意义。方法:利用半定量RT-PCR法检测82例胃腺癌及对应的正常胃组织中COX-2和survivin的表达。结果:①COX-2及survivin在正常胃组织中均不表达,在胃癌组织中的表达阳性率分别为51.2%及62.2%。②COX-2和survivin表达量与肿瘤的分化程度有关,分化程度越低两者表达量越高,高分化胃腺癌与低分化胃腺癌比较,差异有显著性统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:COX-2和survivin在胃癌中的表达高于正常组织,与肿瘤的分化程度有关。 Objective: To investigate the expression of cyclooxygenase-2 (COX-2) and survivin in gastrie eareinoma. Methods : The expressions of COX-2 and survivin were assayed by semiquantitive RT-PCR in 82 eases of gastrie eareinoma and normal gastrie tissues. Results: The positive rate and expression quantity of COX-2 and survivin in gastrie eareinoma were higher than those in the normal tissues. The expression quantities of COX-2 and survivin were eorrelated with histologieal grade, lower in the well-differentiated than in the poorly-differentiated gastrie adenoeareinoma. Conclusion: The expressions of COX-2 and survivin in gastrie eareinoma are higher than those of the normal gastrie mucosa.
