摘要
通过研究空冷机组的特点、应用、发展状况,结合国内600 MW、1 000 MW超超临界湿冷机组的设计、制造及建设经验,以及对大型空冷机组的关键技术研发和设计进展状况及其节水率、煤耗率等指标进行了分析,认为在缺水富煤地区发展大型空冷机组是必要可行的。
Through study on features,application and development state of air-cooled units,and combining with experiences in design,manufacture,and construction of 60 MW and 100 MW wet cooled ultra-supercritical units in our country,as well as analysis carried out by domestic manufactures for the progress of key technologies in research,development,and design sectors of large-scale air-cooled units,it is believed that the development of large-scale air-cooled units is feasible at present.At the same time,indices of the large-scale air-cooled units,such as water-saving rate,coal consuption rate,etc.,have been analysed,pointing out the necessity and feasibility of developing large-scale air-cooled units in regions of water shortage and coal abundance.
