水冷壁流量偏差及其超温爆管 被引量:8

摘要 简要分析了锅炉水冷壁固有流量偏差及其超温爆管的条件。固有流量偏差不足以引起管壁纯超温,但当水侧有堵塞等导致含汽率增加时,则可引发传热恶化及管壁超温。因此,提高水冷壁的循环倍率,在锅炉制造或检修中,彻底消除水侧堵塞等对预防水冷壁纯超温爆管非常有利。 The intrinsic flow rate deviation in the water-wall of boiler and its overtemperature tube-burst conditions have been briefly analysed.It is believed from analysis that the intrinsic flow rate deviation is insufficient to result in pure overtemperature of the water wall,but in case of blocking at the water side and leading to increase of vapor content,the deterioration of heat transfer and tube-wall overtemperature have to be aroused.Hence,enhancing circulation ratio in the water-wall,and thoroughly eliminating blockage at the water side in manufacture and repair of the boiler,etc.are very advantageous for preventing pure overtemperature of the water-wall and tube-burst.
