摘要
创建学习型组织和学习型企业文化,无论从理论上还是从实践上看,都是一个值得认真探讨的课题。本文通过论述企业文化、学习型组织的含义,找出企业文化和学习型组织的共同点、关联性以及有机联系,从时代发展的必要性出发,把两者结和起来,探讨创建学习型企业文化途径,希望对促进企业组织的创新能起到一定参考作用。
Theoretically or practically, the establishment of a study - typed organization or a study - typed enterprise culture is a topic worthy of research. Through the analysis of the implication of enterprise culture and study - typed organization, the paper finds the similarities, relevances and organic relations between them, probes into the ways of setting up study - typed enterprise culture.
