摘要
企业应设置与管理职务岗位相平行的技术职务岗位序列。本文对钢铁企业专业技术岗位等级序列设置的主要环节,即专业技术岗位等级序列分析、岗位分类和专业技术岗位说明书的编制问题进行了探讨。
For the purpose of stimulating the Iron and Steel enterprises to establish a scientific, standardized, reasonable personnel management system and formate, and technical posts grading sequence＇s setting - post the paper discusses the problems concerning the professional grading sequences analysis, pests classification and professional and technical posts instructions etc.
