摘要 混合励磁电机兼具永磁电机高效率和电励磁电机励磁可调的优点。文中提出两种全新的具有轴向磁分路的混合励磁电机:两端轴向磁分路和单端轴向磁分路混合励磁同步电机。它们都是在切向磁钢永磁同步电机的基础上,将转子极靴沿轴向延伸,利用附加气隙及导磁桥形成轴向磁分路。阐述了两种新型电机的结构及原理,分析了两种电机的磁路特点,并给出其等效磁路。对比研究表明:单端轴向磁分路混合励磁电机轴向磁路短,电励磁效率高,是一种性能优越的混合励磁电机结构拓扑。 Hybrid excitation synchronous machine (HESM) has advantages of electrical excitaion and permanent magnet machines. Two novel topologies of HESM are presented: one has axial flux bypass in single direction, and the other has axial flux bypass towards both sides. Based on interior permanent magnet machine, magnetic poles of the rotor are axially extended, then the bypass flux can pass through the accessory air gap, magnetic bridge and the extended magnetic poles. The particular configurations and operating principles are discussed, and the equivalent magnetic circuits are provided. The research indicates that the new HESM with the magnetic bypass in one side has better performance. The axial flux path is shorter and the electrical efficiency is higher. It is a novel topology of HESM and has a good application prospect of the new HESM in the power system.
