摘要
提出了一种Ka频段具有极窄通带的波导带通滤波器方案.采用模式匹配法对滤波器进行全波分析,设计并研制了一只相对带宽约0.1%的Ka频段窄带带通滤波器,典型性能为中心频率处插入损耗小于2.1dB,带内驻波比小于1.20:1,损耗起伏小于0.30dB,测试结果与全波分析数据一致,说明方案有效.
A kind of waveguide band-pass filters with very narrow pass-band in Ka-band was presented. The filter was simulated by mode-matching technique(MMT). A Ka-band waveguide filter with 0.1% relative bandwidth was designed and realized. The typical performances are that the insertion loss at center frequency is less than 2. ldB and VSWR in-band is less than 1.20 : 1 and loss variation is less than 0.30dB. The measured results keep good agreement with the full-wave simulated data. It shows that this method is valid.
