局部放疗预防膀胱癌术后复发(附43例报告)

Local radiotherapy after transuretheral resection of bladder cancers as a prophylaxis against cancer recurrance

为了提高膀胱癌手术治疗效果，１９９２年４月至１９９５年１２月间，对４３例多次复发的表浅性膀胱癌经尿道切除肿瘤（ＴＵＲＢｔ），术后立即进行体外局部放射治疗。４３例均获随访，平均随访３６８个月，３年总复发率为９３％（４／４３）。结果认为，此法是一种有效的预防膀胱癌复发的治疗措施。

From April 1992 to December 1995,local radiotherapy immediately after transurethral resection(TUR) was performed in 43 patients with multi recurrence superficial bladder cancers as a prophylaxis against tumor recurrence.All of the patients have been followed up.The mean time of follow up was 36.8 months and the total recurrence rate was 9.3%.This method was useful and effective as a prophylactic measure against recurrence of superfical bladder cancers.
