女大学生就业危机感现状及其与心理健康的关系

Female college students:the employed anxiety and its relation with mental health

目的探讨在校女大学生的就业危机感现状及其与心理健康的关系。方法通过立意与整群相结合的抽样方式选取样本,采用自行设计的问卷结合《SCL-90自评症状量表》进行横断面调查,资料分析采用SPSS统计软件包,先计算女大学生就业危机感的检出率,后借助χ2检验分析不同学校、年级、专业女大学生就业危机感检出率和有无就业危机感女大学生心理症状检出率的差异。结果847名女大学生就业危机感的检出率为39.1%,不同学校、年级、专业间差异具有统计学意义,就业危机感的存在是女大学生心理异常、人际敏感、抑郁和焦虑的危险关联因素。结论女大学生就业危机感的检出率较高,与某些心理问题有关联,校方应引起关注,并加强监测和针对性干预。

Objective To understand the employed anxiety and its relation with mental health in female college students. Methods All the girl undergraduate samples were acquired by the aim and cluster sampling method. A questionnaire about employed anxiety and mental health was applied to make a cross-sectional study, and the data were analyzed by SPSS. The cross tabs analysis was used to distinguish the difference among the girl undergraduates with the different characteristics. Results Among 847 female college students, 39.1% of them had employed anxiety, and the percentages of them with different characteristics were significant different. The employed anxiety simultaneously had the hazard relation with mental disorder, interpersonal sensitivity, blues and anxiety. Conclusions The female college students had a high detectable rate of employed anxiety, which could do harms to their mental health. So it should be concerned and intervened.
