潍坊市1538例意外伤害儿童伤害原因分析

Analysis of causes of unintentional injuries among 1 538 children in Weifang City

目的了解潍坊市儿童意外伤害发生的现状。方法采用分层整群抽样的方法,回顾调查1538名一年内发生过意外伤害的儿童,对其伤害的原因进行分析。结果调查期间伤害发生率男生高于女生(P<0.01);伤害类型中,男生跌伤占首位,女生切轧伤占首位;严重伤害男女生均为跌伤占首位,分别占总数的34.8%和32.8%。结论儿童意外伤害现状不容忽视,应采取综合措施减少儿童意外伤害的发生。

Objective To understand the status and causes of unintentional injuries among children in Weifang City. Methods A cluster sampling study on the conditions of unintentional injuries during the last 1 year was conducted among 1538 cases of children and the causes were analyzed. Results The incidence of injuries in schoolboys was higher than that in schoolgirls （ P 〈 0.01 ）, Among the causes of injuries, the leading type of incidence were falls among schoolboys and injury by sharp articles among schoolgirls, In the serious injuries, the rates of falls in schoolboys and schoolgirls were 34.8 % and 32.8 %, respectivdy, being the highest. Conclusions The unintentional injury in children should be concerned seriously and it could be prevented and reduced by taking comprehensive measures properly.
