为了探讨中国社会主义新农村建设问题,通过采用文献分析和比较分析方法,立足中国现有国情,认真借鉴历史经验,指出应从孟子"恒产论"经济思想出发,发挥土地的恒产效用,协调农村土地的产权关系,妥善解决失地农民的补偿问题,从而确保新农村建设工作的扎实和有效推进。

The problem of ＂agriculture,farmers and countryside＂ is of universality during the industrialization process for an agricultural country.Taking into account the situation and the historical experience of China is the necessary method to resolve the problem.Mencius＇ thought provides a basis for exerting the effect of the land,harmonizing the property right of the rural land,settling down the compensation for the losing land,which can serve as a means to promote the project of the new-countryside construction.
